My place is in a quiet street close to the beautiful south coast of Wellington, a casual stroll to the beach, a short bus ride to the city centre, local cafes and restaurants and a 10 minute taxi ride to the airport. It's ideal for couples and business travellers. Free and reliable Wifi, Freeview TV and DVD . Come and enjoy sunset walks on the beach, our local brewery, a cosy cinema with great café and you will be spoilt for choice with lots of places to eat ethnic foods (dine in or take away).

Don’t expect the Ritz but if your looking for tidy, functional accommodation, a fantastic location at an affordable price then look no further! Welcome to the Bunker! Perfectly situated for relaxation or a work commute to Wellington or the Hutt. Once a pottery our rustic fully equipped standalone "Bunker" nowadays is a small studio/bedsit. The private fully fenced courtyard is yours to use; ideal to sit and unwind with a wine after a hard day! Enjoy your independent, cheap and cheerful stay!

Waterloo Haven

Tucked away in Waterloo, 5min walk to Open Polytechnic, our private guest studio is cosy & comfy. Your own entrance & outdoor area in the trees & native bird life. A very comfortable king bed, ensuite bathroom (shower has great pressure!) & everything you’ll need to make a cuppa or heat dinner in the microwave. 2 minute walk to Riverside Drive, Waiwhetu stream & Te Whiti Park. We often accommodate early/late check in/outs, just ask. Pets welcome, please message for details ahead of your stay.

Self contained small private studio for singles or couples. Views overlooking Island Bay valley. Five minute walk downhill to the shops, cafes and a cinema nearby. A regular bus service to city and a 10 minute drive to the airport. Comfortable double bed, sink bench, microwave, bench oven, fridge, Nespresso machine, smart TV with Netflix and free WiFi. Outside areas to sit and relax. On street parking. This space is ideal for guests who prefer well-planned compact living. Hosts live upstairs.

Central Wellington, amazing views!

A warm and cosy one bedroom apartment with beautiful views over Wellington city and the harbour. Easy access to the central city, cable car, Botanic Gardens and Zealandia on foot or by public transport. Kelburn Village is a 3 minute walk from the apartment. Kelburn village has a handy selection of shops and great cafes. Access to the apartment is via an uphill pathway which includes 40 steps. Parking is available on the street (free overnight and on weekends, NZD12 per day on weekdays).

The Lighthouse

The Lighthouse is a unique, romantic place on the South Coast. Stunning views, opposite a swimming and dog beach plus rock pools, it’s great for walks. With a comfy double bed and steep stairs, it’s private and quiet - brilliant on a sunny day, cosy in a storm. There's a fantastic cafe around the corner; shops are 10 minutes’ walk away. The main Island Bay bus stop is nearby with regular buses. It's a 9 minute drive to the airport and 15 minutes to downtown Wellington. Small dogs on request.

This modern, architect-designed 42m² home sits on the city fringe, in a sunny, private garden setting. Enter and feel instantly at home in your own hideaway. Note: you’ll need to climb 3 flights of stairs; the house is behind another property. See photos for distance reference. Rooms aren’t soundproof perforations connect bedrooms to the living area for heat, light, and air. High perforated screens give some separation. Private, clean & warm studio. Comfortable queen bed, en-suite & TV/lounge area. Dining table/desk. Trundler bed on request. NO KITCHEN but microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, cereal, tea & coffee provided. Street parking. Off street parking on request. Medium friendly house trained dogs welcome, $25 per booking. Dogs cannot be left for more than 2 hrs. Add pets to the booking. Our friendly medium sized dog has free range of the shared fenced back yard & barks to greet arriving guests.
