Shouse ~ combination of a shed & house, off the grid style. Located on a peaceful lifestyle block, make the most of a quiet location with the feeling of being off the grid with no wifi or tv. Situated 3km from town on our rural lifestyle block, making the most of the views of Lake Te Anau. The shouse has all the necessities needed, a living area, kitchen, bathroom, sleeping area is upstairs in an open mezzanine style room (please note a lower ceiling) and slightly steeper and narrow stairs.

An outside entertaining area with BBQ and pergola perfect for relaxing and socialising with friends .There is a woodfire for those chilly nights plus a heat pump. Our kitchen is well equipped for the master chef and a laundry with washer and dryer. Just a quick drive from the centre of town with the restaurants and bars

Black's Hut sits on the shores of Lake Te Anau with expansive uninterrupted views of Fiordland. Built in 2022 with quality fixtures and furnishings, entertainment system and hot tub. Excellent unlimited wifi. Black's Hut has been specifically set up to accommodate adults with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Extremely private with extensive plantings. Bike track and reserve between the cottage and lake. Just a 15 minute walk along the lakefront to shops and cafes.
