Strictly maximum 5 guests. Please send enquiry to book over 6 months in advance. Complimentary wi-fi, TV, heat pump in kitchen/lounge, heaters in bedrooms. Full eat-in kitchen including gas range and various appliances. Washing machine. Large yard. Hosts live locally & are available should you require assistance.

It's only a 4 minute drive to the shops or a 2 minute walk down to the beautiful lake front. Because our property is not fenced it is not suitable for children under the age of 5 years old. Bike track and reserve between the cottage and lake. Just a 15 minute walk along the lakefront to shops and cafes.

We are located in an old established part of town, but only a 5 minute walk to the Main Street of Te Anau and restaurants, and a 2 minute walk to the edge of the lake. Enjoy the quiet surroundings in your warm, light, roomy cottage, and we'll look forward to meeting you - but ensuring you have plenty of time on your own to rest and relax.
