A cozy apartment located in the heart of Tartu, close to the Emajõgi River and the botanical garden. The apartment has a large balcony and rooms full of light. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking. The living room has a fold-out sofa. The bedroom with a French balcony has a 160 cm wide bed. The rooms offer views of greenery and the city wall. The Town Hall Square is 500 meters away, and the Emajõgi River and the University of Tartu Delta Center are nearby.

Tule naudi puhast loodust ja rahu äsja renoveeritud majutuses, kus on kasutatud naturaalseid materjale ja loodud soe, hubane õhkkond. Asume vaikses piirkonnas, kuid kesklinnale väga lähedal– ideaalne paik puhkuseks perega. Kohapeal ootavad sind sõbralikud kanad, kuked ja küülikud, laste jaoks on palju avastamisvõimalusi. Õhtuid saab veeta grillides, lõkke ääres või saunas lõõgastudes (lisatasu eest 20eurot). Tõeline maaelu võlu, ilma et peaksid linnast kaugele sõitma.

Located in an old residential neighborhood - 3 rooms on 52 square meters: open living room /kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom . Full renovation of the building was completed in May2021. The apartment is soundproof to noise from the street. It takes 5min of walk to supermarkets; 10min to University and City Hall in old town; farmer's market, shopping centers and V-Spa in downtown; 15min to Estonian National Museum and 20min to Ahhaa! science center and Aura water park.

The house is situated 2 km outside Tartu in a picturesque location with the view to the woods and surrounded by 2064m² of lawn. You can enjoy barbeque, go to sauna, swim in the pond, listen to good music with your own pleasant company. There is plenty of room for free parking. Decent discgolf course is in the backyard!

1 - toaline korter, kus vahesein liigendab korteri elu - ja magamistoa tsooniks. Väga mugav variant kuni 2-le inimesele. Korteris on 160 cm lai voodi (ei saa lahku lükata!), suur riidekapp, töönurk, TV , köök kõikide tarvikutega (sh espressomasin), pesumasin.

Selles rahulikus ja väga hea asukohaga kohas saad peatuda nagu kodus. Sul on kasutada kõik mugavused- vaikne ja mugav magamistuba, kodukontori nurk, raamatud, täielikult sisustatud köök. See on minu enda kodu, mille üürin välja ajal, mil töö tõttu olen eemal.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
