There is NO AC but with fans.

You will live in our Couples Room, located on the first floor of our quiet Guesthouse with a view of our beautiful garden. This private room contains a Kingsize bed, wardrobe & drawer, celling fan, airconditioner and an ensuite bathroom. Our garden gives plenty of room to relax. You can enjoy a free breakfast consisting of Tea or Coffee, a fruit platter, eggs, toasts & jam on our backyards terrace. Lipi Double Bedroom is part of the main builduing called Deep Blue Colonial Villa. It has indipendent entrance from the garden and is located in front of the pool. It has shared use of a well equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting corner. Access to the pool and private beach. Continental Breakfast served upon request (5 dollars per person); welcome complimentary mineral water and toiletries free of charge. Bikes also available free of charge. Motorbikes can be rented on site.
