It is about 5 km to Kolej Vokasional Tanah Merah, 6 km to Putera Valley Resort, 3 km to Hospital Tanah Merah, 7km to IKBN Bukit Panau, 8 km to Maahad Tahfiz Sains, 40 km to Bukit Bunga and Rantau Panjang, 45 km to Kota Bharu, 45 km to Jeti Pulau Perhentian and Bukit Keluang. The rate also affordable, only RM160 pernight.

Villa Rose is a lovely place to stay when you are in Kota Bharu. The location is great- close to the city. Villa Rose is a big bungalow consists 3 unit of houses. Each house is spacious, clean and comfortable accomodation. The unit consists 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. One booking is for one unit. It is either unit 1 , unit 2 or unit 3.
