Siendo fanáticos de la naturaleza y el deporte, ya sea senderismo, ciclismo, parapente, golf, surf, Kite o windsurf, no sabíamos muy bien donde asentarnos, si junto al océano Atlántico o por el contrario próximos a la corona forestal en las faldas del Teide. En nuestra búsqueda nos topamos con San Miguel, un pequeño pueblo con mucho encanto, lejos del bullicio, pero con todos los servicios al alcance de la mano. We were very doubtful about where to establish our residence, if by the Atlantic swells or rather by the coniferous forest on the skirts of Teide. Being fanatics of nature and sports, no matter if it's trekking, cycling, paragliding, golf or windsurfing we decided we would rather stick to the middle road, and in our search we bumped into San Miguel, a charming small town, away from the hustle and off the beaten track, still all amenities a short walk away. We surely found the perfect balance.
