Lakehouse apartment (bottom floor with pictures) is located in southeast corner of Lake Martin - Blue Creek area. 200+ feet of waterfront. Fish off the dock, cornhole game, a nap for two on our hammock or relax on the deck or dock. 1 private boat slip is available. Propane grill with propane provided. Private entrance with code. Open areas without steps and disabilities are accommodated in living areas. There are steps to the dock and water. Approximately 1700 sq ft. walkout basement apartment.

Only 35 minutes to downtown Auburn. Great place to stay for Auburn University events: graduation, football, basketball, etc. Bring the whole family to this relaxing lake house with lots of room for fun. This newly built lake house, on a cove, offers open concept living with a well stocked kitchen, huge deck overlooking the lake, a large dock, TVs in every bedroom, a large TV in the family area, a large dining table and extra seating at the kitchen bar. 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards for lake fun.

We are located in the Jackson's Gap / Dadeville area of Lake Martin. Great location that's convenient to everything! Boat ramp 1.5 miles away and there is room at the house to park your boat trailer! We have two kayaks and a canoe for your enjoyment on the water. Wonderful restaurants and it's close to everything you will need!
