This large 3 bedroom house is waiting for you and your loved ones to experience! Each room has beds and bedding and linens. We also provide color TV, Kitchen with refrigerator and basic cookware, breakfast services, wireless internet connection, air conditioning system, free parking on site, hot tub. The house is suitable for families and children and is also perfect for events! The location is in Yilan County in Yuanshan Township.There is the nearby areas of Mong Lung Pi and Longtan Lake Scenic Area. We also invite you to ride your bicycles roaming around the many different trails and around the lake. We are also abotu 150 meteres away from the private Hui Light Middle School. The city of Yilan is located in the central and most favored part of the Lanyang Plain. Streams and rivers provide a constant source of replenishment for the nutrients in the soil here, making Yilan a breadbasket county. Yilan looks out to the sea on Taiwan's Northeast Coast, with mountains on the three other sides forming a unique geography that has nurtured an equally distinctive cultural landscape and human warmth. The county is home to Asia's second longest highway tunnel, the Hsuehshan Tunnel, which has reduced the driving time between Yilan and Taipei to less than 50 minutes. From natural environments and cold and hot springs to a wealth of ocean recreation resources and verdant country scenes, Yilan offers the perfect setting to slow down and enjoy nature at its best.

We are offering our home with 60 m² (650 sqft) of living space and 36 m² (390 sqft) of terrace space on the famous Yongkang street. Please note that the apartment is a 5th floor walk up with NO lift/elevator. Reduced headroom height in the shower so not suitable for anyone taller than 1.85 m (6 ft). Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate kids or infants. Be aware that you will have to spend time to sort and take out your own rubbish to be collected at appointed times with rubbish trucks.

If you are in Taipei to visit family/friends and want them over to visit you, our place will not be suitable for you.
