Φωτεινό αλλά δροσερό διαμέρισμα, με μπαλκόνι με θέα στο νησάκι της Αγίας Παρασκευής. Βρίσκεται σε ψηλο επίπεδο του οικήματος, στον δεύτερο όροφο.
