Den populære Hauklandstranda ligger ca 15 minutter fra rorbua. Leknes by, flyplass og hurtigruten i kort avstand til rorbua. Ønsker du å prøve lykken i den fiskerike Vestfjorden, er leie av båt mulig. I månedene jan-april pågår det kjente Lofotfisket, og du kan oppleve dette fisket på Ballstad, som er et av Lofotens største og livskraftige fiskevær.

The apartment and our house is close to the city center and also the harbor. We live a few minutes walking/cycling/driving distance from the nature, mountains, beach and ocean. Svolvær -and the Vågan region, has a lot of restaurants, galleries, museums, stores and so on. Some companies can offer different kinds of boattrips and sea-safaries.

Charming one-bedroom apartment in a quiet neighborhood only 5 to 10 minutes walk from the town center of Svolvær. The apartment has a separate entrance, floor heating, balanced ventilation, double bed, washing machine and a full kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a parking space available right outside the house.
