This lovely, bright apartment is located on the ground floor of a villa in a quiet street near the Elliðaárdalur Valley. The apartment is aprox. 80m² with a private entrance and has a big living room/bedroom plus another bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, dishwasher etc. In the apartment you find both a toilet and a small shower room entered through the laundry. Close by are bus stops, grocery shops, city mall Kringlan. The owners live in the same building with kids and a dog.
