Cozy Cabin in Hveragerði with hot tub

The Kamburinn cottage is located in a small village called Hveregardi in the south-west of Iceland, a 40-minute drive from the capital, which will allow you to easily visit the attractions on the Golden Circle route. This village is popular for its phenomenal hiking trails, one of them is Reykjadalur Hot Springs. The cabin is in a secluded location in a mountainous area which allows you to see fantastic views of the Northern Lights, decorated cozy with everything you need during your stay.

Gesthus - Summer House with Private Hot Tub

In 2014 we built two big luxury summerhouses, 50 m2 each. They have 2 bedrooms, one with a double queen size bed and the other with two separate beds. There is a sofa bed in the living room that fits 2 people so the summerhouses can fit 4 - 6 guests. The big terrace is very beautiful and has garden furniture and a private geothermal hot tub. The kitchen has ceramic cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator, kitchenware, tableware for 6, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle and dining area.

The location is exceptional, located hillside in a beautiful nature reserve, still very close to the downtown Reykjavik, 20 min drive. In winter Dec-March 4x4 car is essential in Iceland. No public transport. Enjoy the hot tube in the evening and watch for the Northern Lights, then rest inside and amid wood paneling that extends to the vaulted ceilings, and look out forest-wards from the deck. The International airport is 40-50 minutes drive. Ideal located for exploring the South West.

Our cabin consist of two houses build together. The older house has a cozy sitting room, very bright and all made of wood. The newer house has a kitchen and a dining room. Additionally we have a tv room upstairs where we have mattresses if there are more people than the 4 bedrooms can take care of.

Beautiful cabin in the South of Iceland. If you want to relax and enjoy the nature this is excellent choice. The Cabin is located at Litli Háls farm only 45 minutes from Reykjavik and 15 minutes from Selfoss. The scenery is so beautiful around the cabin, walking paths in the area and all around.
