Our newly renovated farmhouse that sits on 80 acres of land, overlooking two ponds that are fully stocked with fish for fishing. Our two story, open concept, house provides ample space for up to 9 people . Enjoy the downstairs with two living rooms, a full kitchen and two full bathrooms. The downstairs has two bedrooms (3 beds). The upstairs of the house is only opened when more than 5 guests are booked (additional fees apply). The upstairs has 2 additional bedrooms and a half bath.

Wells Cabin @Weldan Pond is a beautiful new space designed for couples who love to relax, enjoy the outdoors (hike, fish, trail bike, & more), & marvel over beautiful views. The Cottage has a full kitchen, a large king bedroom, a bright, window filled sitting area, and a new deck overlooking Upper Weldan Pond and acres of healthy, natural hardwood forest with nearly 4 miles of trails to explore. You'll also love just enjoying the deck and the beauty of the Virginia countryside.

The Farmhouse at Feast of Harvest Retreat & Camp

This renovated farmhouse is only 10 minutes off Interstate 85 or 95 but you will feel like you are miles away from everything. Invest in yourself and spend a weekend at this peaceful and tranquil farm retreat. The farmhouse comfortably sleeps up to 7 and is ready for your next getaway. During the day, go for walks and watch the cows. At night, challenge the family to one of our many board games and puzzles, relax with a book, DVD, or head outside to stargaze.

Farm & country stay!

Our 18th century farmhouse is on a real working farm. Cows graze in pastures behind the Inn. Sequestered in one of the oldest historic areas of the country, we are a short (free) ferry ride across the James River from historic Jamestown & Williamsburg. Agrarian by design, this area has been in cultivation since humans first began to plant seed. We are an hour's drive to Richmond, to Virginia Beach, to Norfolk and less than that on the ferry to Williamsburg.

Kings Country Villa

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Come take a break from everyday life and kick back with beautiful views. In between Williamsburg, Smithfield and Richmond. Challenge your friends with a game of darts or sight in that gun you’ve been wanting to shoot. Fire up the Pellet smoker/grill to cook on if you’d like or have a campfire. Feel free to use any cookware you may need to complete that meal on vacation.

Forest Studio Retreat w/ Patio, Full Kitchen + W/D

Peaceful studio retreat on 7+ wooded acres at Cattail Creek. Enjoy a full kitchen, washer/dryer, full bath, cozy full bed, and plush blue velvet sofa. Relax on your private patio or explore the grounds overlooking a marsh filled with beavers and wildlife. Guest house is private but shares property with the main home. Option to rent both—just ask!

Smith’s Cottage

Newly 2-bedroom cozy cottage just 2 miles off of interstate 95. This little hidden gem is surrounded by farm/wood land; while sitting on the porch sipping coffee you just might see the deer grazing in the yard! Enjoy time by the firepit right out the back door an on a clear night or any night you can star glaze the night away!!
