It's convenient to go out downtown, and it's safe and quiet when you come home. Easy Muni access, free street parking, and laundry in the house.

Easy walk to restaurants/cafes/groceries/Golden Gate Park/SF Zoo and multiple transit lines. Suite consists of a separate bedroom with 1 queen bed, small desk and closet. Lounge is equipped with a TV, wet bar, toaster oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker and small fridge. The private bathroom (shower) is supplied with soap, towels and hairdryer.

Easy on-street parking (yes, it's true!) with time-of-day restrictions (Our side of the street has street cleaning on 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month 9am-11am and across the street is on 2nd and 4th Monday of the month 9am-11am.) One-minute access to public transportation. The 29 bus and 48 bus stops are across the street.

My place is close to Ocean Beach, Golden Gate Park, Street car station, Many local food markets, Restaurants. You’ll love my place because of the location, the people, the outdoors space, the neighborhood, and the ambiance. My place is good for business travelers, couples, solo adventurers.
