Our charming guesthouse is conveniently located within a short distance of beaches, shopping, and food: Sunset Beach (12 miles), Ocean Isle Beach (8 miles), Holden Beach (9.7 miles), and Calabash (13 miles). This 500 sq. ft. newly remodeled guesthouse is designed to provide all the comforts of home. Equipped with a comfy queen bed, sofa, kitchenette (no stove), and clean open space. There is a shared driveway with the property owners who reside in the 75-year-old farmhouse they are remodeling.

2 bdrm, 2 1/2 bth oceanfront duplex with 3 pools and tennis courts! Bed and Bath linens included! Private driveway for Golf cart rental permitted. Sorry, strict no pet policy. Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

We've created a cozy, beach-themed getaway nestled in an adorable neighborhood, just a short drive to the ocean. We redid the entire home with all new appliances, flooring, and amenities. It's decorated to help each and every guest feel at home at the beach. The home is within 5 minutes of Sunset Beach. 10 minutes to North Myrtle, Cherry Grove. Both Wilmington and Myrtle Beach are within 40 minutes. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and bars very near the home as well.

This unit boosts a fully stocked kitchen, ready made beds with all linens and two baths with a set of towels per guest. New furniture, two large wall mounted TV’s, beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels are available for your convenience. Sunday -Sunday weekly rental in summer season with the exception of July 11th, 12th weekend is available.

Oceanfront keyless entry condo with amazing full views off a spacious deck with a pool, and only steps to the beach. This beautifully decorated unit boosts a fully equipped kitchen with a large island, coffee bar, new bathrooms with luxury towels and ready made beds with Egyptian Cotton premium linens and bed quilts. Stackable washer/Dryer, living room has a 60 inch wall TV. Friday-Friday weekly rentals in summer season. Strict no pet policy.

Cozy Sea Trail Condo

Enjoy Sunset Beach in this lovely renovated 3rd floor Condo overlooking the golf course and minutes away from the beach. The Activity Center across from the condo has a great pool with an attached restaurant. Guest have access to two neighborhood pools and a gym. We are 10 minutes from Calabash which has some great restaurants and 20 Minutes form North Myrtle Beach for additional shopping and entertainment opportunities. .

Fully remodeled home in the spring of 2024 with a fully stocked chefs kitchen! Our home is on Sunset Beach, NC, the southern-most beach in the state. Sunset is a popular family beach with beautiful homes and few shops. A perfect change in pace. The beach is flat and wide, the water is beautiful, and the fun is plentiful. Must be 25 or older to rent the house.
