This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

The apartment is in a nice and quiet area next to central station, airport transportation. Within 10 minutes walk you can reach the downtown shopping streets with a lot of malls, restaurants, bars and night clubs. The city hall, old town and royal palace are also within the walking distance. There is a subway station Rådhuset just outside the door. The flat is 40 square meters with great views, the bedroom has a 180 cm double bed and balcony. There is a 160 cm bed sofa in the living room.

Huset är omgivet av en grönskande trädgård med mycket blommor och fina platser att fika, ordna grillmiddag eller ta ett glas kvällsvin. Lägenheten har egen ingång från trädgården och är nyrenoverad och i fint skick. Köket är fullt utrustat för två personer med både diskmaskin och tvättmaskin/torktumlare. You will have the whole bottom floor in my wonderful villa in Duvbo, all to yourself with your own entrance and access to the back of our garden. Duvbo is a beautiful little place with houses from the 19th century, just strolling around in the area with two lakes close by is an experience. It is close to Stockholm city, 14 min with subway, 8 minutes by pendeltåg-train, 15-20 minutes with bus or car. I always bicycle to downtown Stockholm which takes 20-25 minutes.
