You’ll love my place because of the house, and the crime-free, quiet, upscale, neighborhood and maybe even for a basement Woodworking Shop. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers to Goodyear or First Energy (both use Fairlawn-Montrose area hotels for guests for the wide variety of dining and shopping choices).
