Nestled privately at the top of a steep* driveway, Tiny on the Hill features a wrap around deck, private sauna, small frog pond and walking/xc skiing trails through the woods out back. You’ll have everything you need to enjoy Vermont year round! Located 15 mins from Burlington and 5mins from I-89 the location makes it convenient to enjoy Burlington while keeping the skiing/hiking/mountain biking destinations within an hours drive. It’s the perfect in-between spot.

Relax around the fire while listening to our resident owls or stare up at the stars through the dome. We're centrally located to some of the best hiking and swimming skiing in Central Vermont. Mt Abe and Bartlett's Falls are the closest options. We're also close to civilization with several towns close by to explore for food, drink, art, and shopping. The 4-bedroom house sleeps up to 12 guests and is the ideal retreat for a family vacation, wedding party, or a long-term stay in the valley. It is a 5-minute walk to the Village Run ski trail. Recently renovated, we now have 2 master bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom. A guest bedroom with a queen bed & fireplace and a 6-person bunk room and a 3rd full bathroom.

The house offers 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, an electric finish style barrel sauna with river access, an infrared sauna located in one of the bedrooms, a gas fireplace, a bbq, two porches and a full kitchen.
