A well equipped cozy studio only 20 minutes from the Hamptons and 10 minutes away from LIRR train station to go into NYC (free parking at the train station!) This studio has a small kitchenette to warm up meals, a full size fridge, we include some snacks for those late night cravings. Living room has two twin comfy beds, tv and desk. Kitchenette is equipped with necessities for a quick meal and coffee maker. You can also enjoy the shared backyard with the fire pit. Private room with private enter and bathroom attached dedicated work space and privat parking. On a 1.5 acres property. With fast internet. Located 5 minutes of walking distance from ASML office park, 5 minutes drive from Norwalk corporate park, 9 minutes drive from Wilton Downtown and 15 min drive from Norwalk train station. Close to a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, stores and parks. The owners live in other part of the house. Family owns cats.

Great little place just for a couple

It's quiet and cozy here. The yard is completely fenced with tall, green, living shrubs. There's no high stone or wooden fence. The garden is full of flowers, shrubs, and trees. There's a gas grill, a fire pit, and a place to eat under an umbrella. Parking is free. I rent out half the house and the sitting area to guests. You won't be disturbed. The other half is empty; I only go there occasionally. I don't charge extra for pets.

-Our beach is private, key and beach tag provided- (in brown shed) This 1000+ sf home, features a newly renovated kitchen, outdoor shower, and many quirks that come with a 90 year old home. The furnishings are eclectic and vintage. Most of the flooring is also new. The beach and bluffs are only about a 2 minute walk. The 1/4 acre lot is shared with a secondary unit as you can see in the photos which is occupied by my sister.
