Super close to downtown Colorado Springs, Memorial Park and many other amenities the Springs has to offer. Complete stand alone cottage with parking and separate full fenced yard with a large patio. Built in 2019, the cottage is super well insulated, quiet and cozy. TV on main level and a TV upstairs. Air conditioning and everything you need for a comfortable stay except for a full size oven. We have a cooktop and counter top oven but not a full size oven.

Studio apartment 350 sq ft. in the rear of a private home . Private entrance. Shared walls with home. Entrance is below a large upper deck. Patio outside unit is reserved for guest use, and provides additional space to relax with a. gas grill and firepit. Kitchen stocked with microwave, toaster oven, blender, toaster, hotplate, pots and pans, 12 cup coffee maker, dishes etc. Private bathroom with spa like shower, washer and dryer in the unit.
