Comfortable one bedroom cottage with sun-room (in the winter months it is very pleasant on a sunny day, allowing you to relax after a day of exploring the island). There is also a back patio with a great view overlooking the lower pasture and wetland. BBQ and comfortable outdoor furniture. On a hot day the patio offers good shade. We wanted to build a place that had minimal impact on the environment. It has on demand hot water, rainwater catchment, and solar powered electricity. You'll hear coyotes yipping at night, and catch glimpses of eagles and sea birds in the day.
