One bedroom stone guest house with mountain view

Ideally located, both close to Kardamyli but also private. A remarkable guesthouse on two levels with cathedral ceilings and an exposed wood vaulted roof. With it's own entrance. Villa Nr 1 is composed of two small houses. The first house is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house and the second house is a 1 bedroom 2 bathroom house and they both share the pool. They are 20 meters apart. Both are independent and fully equipped including kitchen with dishwasher, living room and external resting area. The villa is near Kalogria beach in the picturesque village of Stoupa. Amazing sea and olive grove views will relax and enhance your senses. Ideal for 2 families with kids.

The Tsa Townhouse, Kardamyli

The house is an old town house built 1876 and has been renovated 2018. Three nice and bright bedrooms with Coco-mat beds, all with balcony or access to roof terass. Two bathrooms, a separate wc, fully equipped kitchen, big living room with an open fire place. A big roof terass overlooking the sea on one side and the mountains on the other (equipped with refrigerator and water). All rooms with air-condition . The house is suitable for 6 persons. There is 2 small beaches nearby.

Malsova Studio

Το Malsova Studio βρίσκεται 1 χλμ μακριά από το γραφικό χωριό του Αγίου Νικολάου στη Δυτική Μάνη. Απέχει 10 χλμ από τή Καρδαμύλη και 35 χλμ από το Λιμένι. Είναι μέρος ενός παραδοσιακού πέτρινου κτιρίου που κτίστηκε το 1880. Βρίσκεται επί τής παραλίας της Mάλσοβας σε ένα κήπο 1.5 στρέμματος τού συγκροτήματος Malsova Home. Πέτρινο σπίτι δίπλα στη θάλασσα "Valavani House"

Το "Valavani House" είναι ένα ευρύχωρο πέτρινο σπίτι κυριολεκτικά πάνω στη θάλασσα. Είναι διώροφο με εσωτερική και εξωτερική σκάλα. Στον πρώτο όροφο έχει 4 κρεβατοκάμαρες και ένα μπάνιο. Δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες που έχουν άμεση θέα στη θάλασσα και δυο κρεβατοκάμαρες στη πίσω πλευρά του σπιτιού. Στο ισόγειο έχει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και ένα ακόμα μπάνιο, άνετο καθιστικό και τραπεζαρία με εκπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα, όπως όταν βρίσκεσαι μέσα σε πλοίο.

Αυτός ο μοναδικός χώρος έχει το δικό του στιλ.Στην πλαγιά της Βέργας εκεί όπου η άγρια φύση περιπλέκει τα αρώματα της μαζί με την ιστορία του τόπου, δημιουργήθηκε το Lithea Villas από πέτρα και μπετό. Για αρχή υπήρξε ο λίθος οπού στα αρχαία ελληνικά ονομάζεται η πέτρα ,κύριο χαρακτηριστικό της δόμησης του και ύστερα ήρθε η θέα για την οποία ο καθένας θα μείνει έκπληκτος από την έκταση της. Όλα αυτά συντέλεσαν στην επινόηση των Lithea villas .

Παραδοσιακό πέτρινο σπίτι κτισμένο το 1985. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται εντός του οικισμού Στούπα σε μία από τις πιο ήσυχες γειτονιές και απέχει ελάχιστα λέπτα με τα πόδια από τις παραλίες της Καλόγριας και της Στούπας, τα σουπερμαρκετ και τα τουριστικά καταστήματα του χωριού. Είναι κατάλληλο για οικογένειες ή και ζευγάρια που ζητούν ηρεμία και ξεκόυραστο ύπνο.
