Escape to nature in a unique way with our secluded, forest getaway. Nestled in the heart of an indigenous forest in the Garden Route, our dome offers a perfect blend of luxury and wilderness. Our Dome is beautifully designed for comfort, with the indulgent outdoor living space blending seamlessly with nature encouraging guests to reconnect, relax and rejuvenate. As much as we would love to welcome all, the setting isn't child friendly and definitely offers a more wonderful getaway for two.

Vintage Forest Cabin in Storms River Branch & son

This vintage forest cabin is perched above our pristine mountain stream, set amidst a highly diverse indigenous botanical forest wetland.The cabin is entirely private with a large deck and extensive views of both mountain peaks. Hand built by owner over a period of two years, with hardwood floors throughout, hand waxed with beeswax polish from our own hives. Guests enjoy their own private access along their secluded forest path. A vintage Nestor Martin canon style wood stove will restore you.

Hillandale Hideaway - a modern cabin near Plett

The Hideaway at Hillandale is a modern and totally off grid cabin tucked away in the forest with complete privacy and spectacular forest and mountain views! Enjoy amazing birdlife, tranquility and beautiful walks. Feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, but only 5 minutes to stunning beaches, 10 minutes from Plett , the Crags, Plett Winelands and a host of amazing wildlife places! Park House is a recently renovated light-filled designer home shaded by giant milkwood trees a mere 400m from Plett's two main beaches and 200m from a supermarket and several restaurants. "Bird Song" private getaway, tucked away in nature

"Bird Song" is named after the host of bird calls that greet you each morning (and the night jars that you hear after dark). It is the perfect 'private bush camp' for a ‘family-of-4’ vacation or for a secluded ‘get-away-from-it-all retreat’ for couples. The architect designed timber structure is set on a slope with views through and over the fynbos and right at the edge of pristine Indigenous Forest. A wood fired fireplace ensures you are (relatively) warm in winter.

Situated half way between Knysna and Plettenberg bay we are in a green belt, within the indigenous forest there is cycling and hiking trails. The beaches and all amenities are within a 20 min drive. This farm grows organic vegetables and is transitioning to an off the grid lifestyle.
