A unique eco townhouse in Stockholm

The eco village in Björkhagen is a unique place. It is built according to ecological principles, on a forested hill, just outside the center of Stockholm. Since we spend a lot of time out in the archipelago, we rent out our house during long weekends. As a resident of our house, you can expect a bright home with large windows, like living in the middle of the forest, but only ten minutes from Södermalm by subway. There is plenty of room for many people to live here. Four bedrooms. The master bedroom has an extra-wide bed. Bedrooms two and three have double beds. The fourth bedroom has a wide single bed. In addition, a baby cot. The home is equipped but new cooker, fridge & freezer and dishwasher. All amenities. You can barbecue in the garden and eat on one of the two verandas, which means that you always have a place in the sun in the summer. We have three children and both our home and the area are perfect for children. The forest starts fifteen meters from the front door for walking in the summer or skiing in the winter. Just below the eco-village is a sports field with a tennis court, athletics facility and skating rink in winter. The silver-grey house is located in a scenic area with nature right around the corner. An unique townhouse (build in 1933) famous for it's functional architecture. Three floors with a small private garden. Only 20 minutes to the city and very close to lake Mälaren. Wake up to the sound of birds singing and have your breakfast at the terrace (sunny days you can relax here in the sun which will leave approx around 02:00 pm). The area is very friendly and there's no problem parking your car outside. This is the place for you who appreciate a mixture between city and suburban life.

Our beautiful little house is perfect if you want both the Swedish nature and Stockholm city. From the backdoor you can step right into the forest with your own private Patio. You fins nice viewpoints and some really beautiful lakes on a walking distance. The bus takes you to Stockholm/Slussen in just above 20 minutes. We live next door and would love to introduce you to the area and give you tips and recommendations. We love hiking, culture, food and fika and know lot of great spots.

Welcome to our cozy house in Hägersten! The house is located in a friendly and quiet residential area with walking distance to the metro, Mälaren (for a swim), beautiful nature and a lot of playgrounds. A 7 minute walk will take you to the metro (15 minute ride to Stockholm city. There is a small garden with a patio on the backside of the house with evening sun. Bikes are available with the house and baby crib can be arranged if needed.

Huset är smakfullt renoverat och har fyra sovrum, vardagsrum med öppen spis, kök med diskmaskin, badrum samt en WC. Huset har en loungeveranda med kvällssol, grill och matplats. Leksaker och gunga finns för de små.

I huset rökning är totalt förbjudet.
