Dit appartement is gelegen op een biologische boerderij onder de rook van Amsterdam (3,5 kilometer afstand van openbaar vervoer). Vanuit hier kun je allerlei activiteiten ondernemen in Amsterdam en de rest van Nederland. De landelijke ligging maakt dat je hier volledig tot rust kan komen. Het is een groene oase vlakbij de stad, met verschillende idyllische dorpen en kleine steden eromheen. Op de boerderij is het een gezellige boel met de koeien, geiten, varkens, pony's ('s zomers vliegen:))

Het Drechthuisje ligt bij de Loosdrechtse plassen op slechts half uurtje rijden van Amsterdam of Utrecht. Dit huisje is duurzaam gebouwd met veel licht en een eigentijdse inrichting. Bij binnenkomst van de poort tref je een aangelegde tuin met terrassen en alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig voor een ontspannen verblijf. Amsterdam is slechts 30 minuten rijden. Het huis staat vooraan op een vakantiepark waar van de faciliteiten gebruik gemaakt kan worden zoals tennisbaan, kinderbadje en een heerlijke pizzeria. Let op: De trap naar de 2de verdieping is enigszins stijl. Minder geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn.
