Modern hytte med alt du trenger for et behagelig opphold. Hytten ligger på en fredelig og skjermet plass inni skogen, med fantastisk utsikt utover Ryfylke bassenget. Kun 20 minutter til Preikestolen. Spacious top apartment (95 sqm or 3-4 hotel rooms) Newly renovated to a high standard in a style that respects the location - between the Jugund style wooden villas and the revamped, trendy old industry area "stavanger øst". About 12 min walk from the city center and just 2 blocks from stop with regular buses. The ferry terminal and Goddalen coastal walk are close by. There is a shared garden, and a roof terrace with great views, however the terrace is not finished. Not suitable for parties.

In the summer, Badedammen is a favorite hangout for both kids and adults, featuring a sandy beach, beach volleyball court, and green space for picnics and relaxation. Just about 100 meters from the house, you’ll find floating saunas, where you can enjoy a warm steam with beautiful views.
