This room is at 2nd floor, it's suite type with balcony and kitchen, including rice cooker, electricity stove, Pan, kettle, plates, cups, basic cooking equipment.

Unit Owners Accommodations is a Non Profit Organization, a group of condo hotel unit owners located at Fairways and Bluewater Resort Newcoast Boracay. Our condominium units are hotel operated with first class amenities, and services provided by the resort. We own surplus accommodations shares sold to our guests with proceeds received as donations to finance various operations of the group.

Levantin Beach Resort - Superior Room

A bright, larger room with both tiled and wooden floor, ideal for double sharing, available with either a queen-sized bed or two single beds. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, cable television, hot shower, safety box and a mini fridge.
