The living room features a queen sleeper sofa gel mattress. Amenities- A/C, WiFi, washer/dryer, 4 kayaks, paddle board, life jackets and lake floats, charcoal grill, cornhole game, Xbox one with games, board games, toys and books, and sunsets! Dock is included & you may dock your own boat from nearby boat ramp. Fireplace can not be used.

Stairs lead down to dock for fishing, swimming, relaxing, & kayaking. Three bedrooms offer sleeping for up to 10 guests.
