With two comfortable bedrooms, full kitchen and a large welcoming den. It’s a perfect spot for work, golfing, birding or visiting Saginaw Bay. It's great place to stay if you book a fishing charter. Enjoy stunning views of Tittabawassee River! 3 bedrooms (1 king & 2 queen beds) and a set of bunk beds in the sunroom, sleeps 8. 2 full baths. Finished garage/game room, gazebo, fire pit and gas log fireplace. Close to 5 area wedding venues! Easy access off M-61 on a paved road. Currently we enjoy the natural flow of the Tittabawassee River but please note that there no good access point to get on/in the water. Restoration of the dam creating the lake is estimated to be complete in 2026.

This large pet friendly 2800 Sq/Ft home is located one mile west of the Saginaw Bay near Linwood Beach Marina. For your security and ours we have added outdoor cameras, but absolutely no indoor cameras.There are two golf courses with-in 5 miles and has several restaurants located near the Village of Linwood. Bay City is a larger city 10 miles to the south. The home has a large front and back deck. The home is on a main highway (603 S.Huron Rd) and is tucked away nicely behind a Billboard.
