Unser neues Appartementhaus "BERG" liegt in sonniger Aussichtslage etwas außerhalb von Eben (ca. 1,5 km vom Ortszentrum) inmitten der Salzburger Sportwelt und Ski Amadé. Das Appartement für 2-4 Pers. (ca. 42 m²) ist rollstuhlgerecht. Es steht ein eigener reservierter Parkplatz für Rollstuhlfahrer im Carport zur Verfügung. Ob Relaxen, Spielen und Grillen im weitläufigen Garten, als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge im Sommer oder für tolle Schitage im Winter, Wohlfühlen steht bei uns an erster Stelle.

The "Buchberg" holiday flat on the Knollgut is located in Goldegg and is an ideal destination for an excursion into nature with views of the surrounding mountains. The 46 m² accommodation consists of a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. The second bedroom is not in the holiday flat but next door and is only available on request when booking for two people. If you book for three or more people, it will of course be prepared automatically.

Das Apartment mit eigenem Eingang auf unserem Biobergbauernhof, der auf 1000 m Seehöhe liegt, besteht aus einer voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Eckbank und einer ausziehbaren Schlafcouch, einem Vorraum mit Garderobe, einem Schlafzimmer, einem neuen WC und aus einem neu gestalteten Badezimmer mit Dusche. Wander- und Radwege führen direkt am Bauernhof vorbei. Gönnen Sie sich eine Auszeit und genießen Sie die atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Hohen Tauern und die Ruhe am Waldrand.

Oliver 4 ist im Erdgeschoss, hat eigene Terrasse Achtung! Ein Schlafzimmer ist im Untergeschoss (das Haus ist am leichten Berghang gebaut) Im Sommer nur für kurze Aufenthalte geeignet. Da es für Airbnb system-technisch nicht möglich ist, folgende lokale GEBÜHREN nach dem Alter der Gäste aufzuteilen, müssen wir vor Ort EXTRA erheben:  für jeden Gast ab dem 15. Lebensjahr pro Nacht: a) Ortstaxe - 3,90 EUR b) Mobilitätsabgabe - 0,50 EUR Keine Haustiere erlaubt.

The farm is vegan and sustainable, the "farm animals" live as pets. Only recommendable with a car! Bad public transport!

The Studio is 18sqm large and is equipped with a large double bed, a small dining table, a basic kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The Studio is located on the second floor. There is no balcony. Please note that we are located in Werfenweng, a mountain village in Salzburg state but not in the city of Salzburg!!
