Apartman se nalazi nadomak centra grada Splita, na prvom katu površine 45m2. Ima dvije dvokrevetne sobe, jedna s bračnim krevetom i ravnim TV dok je druga s dva odvojena kreveta. U apartmanu se nalazi i skroz opremljena kuhinja, te manji toalet s tušem i potrebnim sadržajima. Svaka soba ima klima uređaj i besplatni WiFi. Na nekoliko minuta hoda je zelena tržnica, super marketi i pekarnice. U okoliši zgrade je besplatno javno parkiralište. Do poznate plaže Bačvice se dođe za desetak min hoda.

Villa Four Brothers No.3 Middle Floor

Apartment No.3 is located on the 2nd floor and it have 80m2. It consists of two bedrooms with double beds. One of them have a makeup table and its own bathroom and exit to the balcony connecting the rest of the apartment. Also apartment have one more bathroom and toilet. Kitchen has a window overlooking the sea and high table and also there is dining table. The living room consists of couch and TV. From the living room you come out to a large spacious balcony. All rooms have air conditioning.

The apartment is located in the historical area in the building built in the early years of the 20th century. The apartment of 48 m2 is fully equipped provides a comfortable short or long stay, and Wi-Fi (32Mbps) . The neighborhood is quiet and surrounded by Mediterranean plants. A pleasant walk through the park takes you, for only 10-12 minutes, to the city center. Bacvice beach is 100 meters away . The house is less than 100 meters from the beaches, stores and restaurants, and also a short driving distance to the two major cities protected by UNESCO, Trogir and Split.
