Apartman je u centru, 5 minuta hoda od Rive i Zapadne obale-šetnice, 5 minuta od park šume Marjan. U neposrednoj blizini je trgovina. Iz apartmana se pruža pogled na nogometno igralište s jedne strane i na krovove Varoša sa druge strane. Do plaža na Marjanu imate 15 minuta hoda. U blizini je parking koji se plaća.
