One of the living rooms has 2 fold out twin beds. 7 person hot tub! patio furniture as well. This cabin gives you the privacy you need yet the comforts of being 5 mins from a grocery store. This lovely home is just around the corner from Spearfish City Park with the creek, pickle ball and basketball courts. The bike path is there too which will take you all the way to Spearfish Canyon. Don’t forget the DC Booth fish hatchery and local breweries and restaurants all close by.

Adorable loft carriage house with hot tub

This is the original carriage house from 1892 that has been converted into living quarters with a small fenced in outdoor space. The cozy cottage is made up of two levels. On the floor level, is a small kitchen, bathroom, and sitting area with gas fire place (love seat pulls out to a single bed). On the second level, via a narrow steep hayloft staircase, is a king bed, tv, and private balcony. This quaint space is the perfect get away.

Swisher Farmhouse at Granny Flats

This beautiful 3-acre property, once the Swisher Farm, is today a working homestead, with dozens of chickens and a large garden. This quiet oasis is located within the city of Spearfish. We have another rental on the property that was built by Cappie, co-host of Building Outside the Lines on Magnolia Network, as his own residence. This adorable off-grid cottage is handmade, from the bespoke front door to the custom 2-headed shower.
