Near Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, Dead Horse Point State Park, and vast wilderness in between and beyond, our condo is the perfect location for your adventure's home base! Our place is great for couples, business travelers, families (kids too!), and large groups. Take a dip in our pool or soak in the hot tub after a long day of play in the hot desert sun. It is located on a south-facing slope above the charming Moab Valley, 3 miles south of town. We're up on a hillside, so sunrises and sunsets are amazing! The 'Aerie Loft' offers a covered carport which it is situated above for relaxing outdoors, tinkering with gear, and an outdoor garden area for BBQing.

This quiet neighborhood offers dark skies at night (think Milky Way), and BLM hiking and ancient Petroglyphs right out the back door. Located just 7 miles from downtown Moab. Property is on 145 acres and about a mile of Colorado River front. Surrounded by thousands more acres and no neighbors. Lots of hiking, kayaks, usually a beach, side by sides, fossils, and wildlife. Seven additional rentals on the property if the female hogan doesn't fit your needs.
