Full cutlery, plates, cups etc, smart tv, wifi, central heating. Large shower, wc, sink, cabinet with mirror, towel rail. Directly across from the beach and public carpark. Lee on the Solent has shops, cafes, Indian, Chinese, and a Turkish restaurant, which is a 15-minute walk on the beach path.

Light filled cottage overlooking the sea, a stone's throw from Hayling's blue flag beach, mini railway and a beach café, and a 15 minute drive (or ferry ride!) from Portsmouth . The décor is chic yet cosy, and the accommodation has a surprisingly spacious feel for its footprint. There are 2 small sheltered back gardens with seating separated by an old washhouse/WC/kitchenette. Perfect for preparing an alfresco lunch, BBQ or afternoon tea in the garden! There is also an outdoor shower.

The cabin is raised up above road level, allowing spectacular, uninterrupted views across open marshes.

The location is in the heart of Southsea and all it has to offer including being on the doorstep of Victorious Festival every August and The Great South Run every October. The living room is a lovely social area with TV/stereo plus Xbox / PlayStation plus board games and books. The garden is a perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine while catching a few sun rays in the afternoon!
