Aboyne Cottage—Peaceful Oasis in Quiet Cul-De-Sac

Pluck lemons from the tree and pick herbs from the planters for use in a tasty dish to enjoy in the cool and shaded courtyard. The bright and airy cottage interior has high vaulted ceilings, together with a selection of books and magazines to read to enjoy in the bed made up with 400TC luxury linen. Battery backed up Wi-Fi and additional lights for surviving load shedding. No smoking allowed on property. Guests have own cottage with a private, shady courtyard. Herbs in planters in courtyard and dart board are available for guests to use as well as lemons on own lemon tree. We're an international family consisting of a South African, a New Zealander and a Norwegian. One of us will always be available on our phones and we're happy to chat and share a G&T on our porch if our guests are up for it! This guesthouse is in a quiet neighbourhood, about 15 minutes by car from town and near to vibrant Harfield. Closer still, the village offers a farm stall, butchery, and supermarket within a short walk, plus coffee shops and lots of restaurants. We always recommend uber for short term stays in Cape Town but there is an off-street sheltered parking available if needs be. 10 minute walk to Kenilworth train station and 2 minute walk from Main Road with frequent taxi buses in both directions. Servicing of cottage and laundry can be done on request. Continental breakfast can be provided on request.

This luxurious room with kitchenette and bathroom provides an intimate, safe and restful retreat for 2 people. Your flat has its own entrance which is separate and private from the main house. Our guests are encouraged to take a walk through the gardens and explore the extensive flora! As your hosts we we will help make your stay as peaceful and accommodating as possible. Let us know any specific requests including extras you may need for your stay. The house is located in Cape Town's prestigious Bishopscourt neighbourhood with shops, restaurants, the V&A waterfront, and beaches just a short drive away. Visit Constantia Valley’s award-winning vineyards, like Eagles' Nest or Beau Constantia. An available Uber is never more than 5 mins away, but if you have rented a car you can park it in our secluded road or within the property.

Garden Flat - self contained with enclosed garden

This sunny, private garden flat is separate to the house with it's own entrance and off-street parking. There is an enclosed paved garden with a Webber BBQ. We are close to major highways, a stone's throw away from the Kenilworth Race Course and 2kms away from a vibrant village with restaurants and pubs. You will find a convenience store, hair dresser and coffee shop 200 meters away. For load shedding backup, we have an UPS for the WIFI, a gas cooker and rechargeable light bulbs and light.

Quaint semi-detached garden cottage in Constantia

Located in the sought after avenues of Constantia and nestled in the valley beneath the slopes of Table Mountain, this charming little cottage is full of light and character with French inspired decor and modern touches. Centrally situated, a 20 minute drive will find you reaching Muizenberg, Hout Bay, City Bowl, Waterfront & Canal Walk. The Constantia region is well known for it's immaculate wine estates and award winning wines. Unfortunately the cottage is not suitable for children under 12.

Fern Cottage

This free-standing unit has a private entrance, private verandah, secure off-street parking. It is in walking distance of Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. It has a bathroom en-suite with a shower and a fully equipped kitchenette, including a gas hob and an air fryer. Full satellite TV bouquet and free Wi-Fi are included. There is an air conditioner and heaters. Electric blankets are on the beds in winter. The unit is cleaned by the owner and all recommended Covid-19 protocols are observed.

Welcome to 17 on Severn-A comfortable and quiet space for you to relax in and have a very good nights sleep. We are close to Constantiaberg Medi Clinic and Melomed Clinic. As well as the US Embassy. Meadowridge and Constantia Shopping Centres are close by. Also in easy access are restaurants churches, gyms, running trails and beaches. Easy access to both the M5 and M3 for commuting to the CBD and out to the beautiful wineland. We hope you enjoy your stay in our quiet neighborhood.

Bright, sunny , large double bedroom with sitting area and en suite bathroom & shower. ( No bath) TV has Netflix & you tube. Separate kitchen with dining table, fridge/ freezer, microwave, induction hot plate, kettle, air fryer and toaster . (No oven) one plate gas stove. Close to shopping centre's and restaurants.

Convenient for Newlands cricket stadium (5min drive). Close to nearby shops and restaurants. Cape Town International airport (20min drive). Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers.

Riverside

Enjoy a peaceful stay surrounded by a green belt and mountains. Central to lots of activities such as hikes/walks, wine farms, local restaurants and shops. We have many pets on the property, 4 friendly dogs which is, 1 ridgeback, 1 Labrador and 2 medium mixed breeds, 3 cats and 2 bunnies. It is very family friendly, but also perfect for a relaxing getaway. There is parking on the premises. Regarding safety, we have a security guard on our road.
