Romantic and flirtatious in style, this flat is pampered at every corner with rustic wood details, soft and pastel tones. Few other flats could more centrally located flat than this one! Don't miss out on staying at one of only six unique 'El Alma de Las Ramblas' flats, all of them located in a recently renovated historical 19th century building. We are three friends who decided to embark on this project to refurbished 6 apartments in a same building located right off of arguably Barcelona´s most emblematic street: Las Ramblas. It was important to us to turn these apartments into cozy and functional living spaces for our guests. We chose the new beds, beddings, sofas, dining tables and chairs, lamps, kitchenware and small appliances with great care and consideration. We believe we were successful in creating an pleasant space in each of the flats- and we hope you will also agree after having spent time there. Guests have access to the entire studio. We respect the privacy of our guests and yet also would be available to provide any assistance possible that would make our guests´ stay a confortable and an enjoyable one. The compact layout makes intuitive use of space featuring a kitchenette while there’s also diminutive balcony This apartment is located at the epic center of Barcelona, just off at the beginning of Las Ramblas street. The area is known for its myriad activities and abundant pedestrians who have come to stroll, shop and dine in the city's most dynamic street. This apartment is as central as central can be! You will be able to walk* to many worthwhile sites: 1. La Boquería Market: 4 minute walk 2. Picasso Museum: 13 minute walk 3. La Pedrera: 22 minute walk 4. La Sagrada Familia: 42 minute walk 5. La Barceloneta (former fishermen´s neighborhood by BCN´s port): 25 minute walk 6. The beach: 30 minute walk. For a seaside view or stroll (15 mins walk) 7. Etc, (You get our point;-)) (*Walking time estimates based on (Hidden by Airbnb) Maps) Or if you wished to take a taxi or public transportation (to take you within Barcelona as well as to its surrounding cities such as Girona, Sitges, etc.) both options are also easily available within less than 3 minute walk from the flat. 1. Shortly after the confirmation of your reservation, we will write to you to collect the "tourist tax" that is obligatory and established by the Generalitat de Catalunya. The official tax standards are as follows: Adults (persons 16 and over) are obliged to pay a tourist tax of 2,48 euros (2,25 + IVA) per day spent in Catalunya, up to 7 days maximum. 2. Vintage Concept Flat in Chic Neighbourhood

Newly renovated industrial vintage apartment ideally located in the Eixample Derecha district also known as the "Golden Triangle" of Barcelona, on a 5 min’ walking distance from Passeig de Gracia and Sagrada Famila with fancy bars, restaurants & shops. Decorated with original vintage furniture and pieces of art. The apartment has been recently renovated (April 2014) and we were keen in maintaining all the original details of 1930 like the high brick vaulted ceilings and typical Barcelona tile floors. We decorated it putting all our love and dedication into it. The apartment has original vintage furniture from all over Europe (mainly from the late fifties) and art pieces from local and international artists. The neighborhood has plenty of " chic" or more local restaurants, fancy bars and grocery stores. The location is a must as it is 5 min walk from the famous Gaudi House "La Pedrera (Casa Mila)" and Passeig the Gracia with all its luxury stores. The Sagrada Familia is 4 blocks away and can be easily reached by foot. The apartment has been used by several production houses to shoot commercials. The apartment has a touristic license which is mandatory in Catalonia (H UTB 008138). Hallway (5M2) A large living and dining room (35 M2); A large double bedroom (20 M2); One bathroom (13 M2). We commit to reply to our guests within the hour. We wish to show our guests the very best and authentic Barcelona has to offer. That is why we made a little guide with our favorite places to visit and to go out for dinner and drinks in order for you to experience Barcelona the way we do after having lived here for several years. The home is set in the Eixample Derecha, also known as the Golden Triangle of Barcelona, famous for its 19th century Modernist buildings. This cosy and relaxed neighbourhood is filled with covered markets, grocery shops, restaurants, and bars. The nearest Metro is Verdaguer (yellow line) at the end of the street (2 min walk) and brings you directly to all the interesting places e.g old town, beach ... The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the utensils you may need to cook. It has also a build in extra large washing machine. The apartment has a Nespresso coffee machine and a filter coffee machine. Luxury linen and towels are provided including organic bathing products (i.e. moisturizing shampoo, moisturizing shower gel, body lotion, facial cleanser, and soap). Baby chairs and baby beds can be provided upon request. A cleaning and cooking service can be offered during your stay as well as a taxi service to and from the airport. Public parking is available in front of the apartment (outside) and free depending of the area and timing. Private parking (covered with guard and 24 accessible) is available at a special rate of 15 Euros a day.

Prestigious Historical Apartment in the Heart of Turin

Sit at the piano next to a fireplace in a majestic hall with high ceilings with exposed beams, historic floors and doors, many touches of color and contemporary design. In 100sqm there are also a small kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a walk-in closet. Just out of the building you are in Piazza San Carlo, the most important square in the city. The windows of the master bedroom overlook the Egyptian museum. The courtyard of the building is shared with the most prestigious brands shops such as Prada and Chanel. You can't find such a prestigious location better placed to explore Torino. Maria Vittoria Due was our lovely house for several years. High original wooden celing of the XVIII century, the fine furniture and materials makes it unique. Hope you'll love that place as I and my husband did. Our guests will have access to the all apartment. There are two double rooms each one with its own bathroom and a sofa-bed for two in the living room, a walk-in closet, a small kitchen and a big living room. There is a washing-machine, a dishes-machine and the stuff to hang and iron your clothes. We'll provide you fresh bed-sheets and 3 different size bath towels for each guest. The kitchen is well equipped for every needing. If you have babies just ask us and we'll let you the necessary for his sleeping, eating and changing. We'll do our best to help guests in case of any necessity. The house is in the heart of the city, across from the Egyptian Museum and next to Piazza San Carlo. Easily walk to the Royal Palace, Renaissance Museum, Natural Science Museum, and Vittorio Emanuele Square. Many kinds of restaurants are nearby. Just at ten minutes walk far away from the main train and metro station (Porta Nuova). Next to the main entrance there is a bus stop to travel around the city center. A couple minutes walking there's a bus stop to go around the all city and outside. In San Carlo Square, right next to the house, there's a big car parking.
