Enjoy quality time with family or friends at our newly remodeled 1930's ocean front family beach home. Sun bathe on the deck in the Summer, catch some waves, rinse off in our outdoor shower, stroll along the shore at sunset, and enjoy barbecuing on the patio. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. Direct Ocean front 1 bed 1 bath condo with front and side ocean views from every room. Subzero fridge, Wolf Dual Fuel Range, Bosch Dishwasher, heated bath floor, rain shower with mood lighting. 86” led tv in living room. Pull out couch in living room to accommodate kids or guests. Small dogs might allowed with Pet fee but MUST be approved by owner.

The boardwalk and ocean are right underneath your window. Occasionally you can see dolphins swimming under your window. Walk to the bay side for paddleboarding, swimming. Close to 2nd street and 2nd & PCH for restaurants. Easy access to the marina, Shoreline Village, aquarium, downtown Long Beach, convention center, cruiseship terminal.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The is a working art studio with a loft, filled with artwork and art supplies. Two minutes to Zuma Beach. Nearby scenic hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding and surfing. Room to store your boards and bikes. Enjoy the sunset views over the ocean from your patio. NOTE: Stairs to the loft are steep and not recommended for small children or anyone with issues climbing stairs. Occasional neighborhood construction noise to be expected.
