Absolutely charming and peaceful neighbourhood with old buildings and a beautiful park. The apartment itself has a new, refurbished kitchen, but still the atmosphere of a 100-years old building, and it is in the top floor. The apartment is well equipped with all the necessary items for 1-4 guests.

We call the apartment "Top of the Lake" due to its views of lake Näsijärvi from the 13th floor. The apartment has two balconies, offering amazing lake and city views. Our two bedrooms offer high-quality mattresses and linen, as well as black-out curtains, and can sleep up to 5 people. We offer one free parking spot for guests (no EV parking).
