La posizione centrale fa si che ogni punto d'interesse è raggiungibile a piedi, da Piazza Marina alla Cattedrale, passando per i Quattro Canti. Il grande salone ha un ingresso indipendente, bagno privato, una piccola cucina e un balcone che dà su via della Loggia; dispone di un letto matrimoniale su soppalco e di un divano letto.

Mareta loft is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, air conditioner , full equipment kitchen, coffee machine microwave and fridge.

The privileged and dominant position, close to the main attractions of the Old Town, allows you to admire the Amalfi Coast and the sea from the wide windows. Each loft is comprised of 1 king-size bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, a dining area with fully equipped kitchen , a master bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet and a smaller second bathroom with a sink, bidet, and toilet. Large and beautifully furnished outdoor spaces available for residence's guests.
