A bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing machine. Apartment is equipped with air condition system for both cooling and heating. It is on the 3th floor of the residential building without elevator. There is parking 1 minute away at the owner property or right in front of the apartment building. Grazie a questo spazio in posizione strategica, potrete recarvi anche Roma in soli 40 minuti con l’autobus di fronte la casa. L’appartamento si trova sul corso di Genzano di Roma un paesino dei castelli Romani (vedi foto). La costruzione del locale è stata effettuata nel 2022.
