We are immensely proud of our achievement as this is a family (ad)venture where we combined our visions and decorative flares without any professional assistance in designing our space. The privileged and dominant position, close to the main tourist and cultural attractions of the Old Town, allows you to admire the Amalfi Coast and the sea from the wide windows. The double bedroom and the single sofa-bed in the living area can accommodate up to 3 people. With Julius Studio is part of Trotula Charming House and can accomodate up to 6 people.

Super centrally-located apartment at the top of a palazzo in the heart of Kalsa, the trendiest neighbourhood in Palermo historic centre. If you manage to make it up the 4th floor of steep stairs (no lift), it will be worth it! The flat has been completely renovated by me, Roman architect who after 10 years of practice in London has decided to move to Palermo and open a studio here. The flat has 2 beautiful terraces, 1 bedroom 1 large kitchen living room, a study and 1 bathroom.
