We are a short drive/walk from Church Street, the waterfront, UVM Campus, and Champlain College. We have multiple grocery stores within a half mile radius and I-89 is easily accessible. Our apartment has ample privacy and your own quiet outdoor space, enclosed by cedars. The space includes cathedral ceilings and is a great setting to enjoy a relaxing vacation or business trip.

We are half a block from Battery Park, with live, open-air concerts on Thursday evenings during summer. You'll have the apartment to yourself.

Less than a 10 minute drive to Interstate 89, University of Vermont, the UVMMC Hospital and downtown Burlington. Approximately a 30 minute drive to many of Vermont’s attractions such as skiing (45 minutes to Stowe), wine tasting, apple orchards, Lake Champlain and Maple Sugar sites. On site driveway for parking two vehicles.

Minutes away you'll find Lake Champlain access and easy hiking trails at Oakledge Park, coffee shops, restaurants, downtown Burlington and the highway. 5 minutes to the Burlington bike path, 30 minutes to Bolton for ski/snowboard fun, 45 min to Stowe, 15 minutes to Catamount for mountain biking.

Our property in Vermont is a slice of heaven: Set between Burlington & Stowe, 10 minutes off the main highway I-89, with quick access to the main spots in Vermont, but tucked down a dirt road with nothing but the sounds of the stream. On our property we built The Tuckaway Suite, an entirely private guest suite above our garage.
