Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis with private patio and direct access to the beach. Enjoy unlimited restaurants, ocean breeze and exciting local shopping. It's near, Palos Verdes, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, and el Segundo. (No smoking or parties of any kind please) (There is another unit above you and even though Quite a lot of money was spent trying to fix it, it did not work 100%. You can’t still hear some noise.)

The studio has a standard queen size bed (60x80in), bathroom, closet space, small dining table & a desk/office space.
