Det finns restauranger, café och gott om aktiviteter året runt. Nära till skola, mataffär, fritidsaktiviteter samt busshållsplats utanför dörren. Huset ligger mitt i hamnen med utsikt hela vägen till Hanö. Ett stenkast ifrån stränder. Två uteplatser på framsidan med morgonsol samt stor bakgård med eftermiddag och kvällssol.
