This new modern home is anything but ordinary. With four 11 foot windows lining the front of the home it allows for the space to feel light and airy. The bright interior is a perfect contrast to the exterior. Located in a quite neighborhood close to Newbury Neck Beach. This home offers parking, WIFI, a washer and dryer, and an outdoor lounge area. Just a short drive will put you in the heart of Blue Hill where you’ll find great restaurants and cafes. Acadia National Park is just 30 miles away.

Acadia National Park ocean front & garden cottages

Both our houses are designed in the contemporary style. We used custom made decor and cherry tree furniture. A lot of windows, glass doors, bright and open space are inside the house. It is very quiet outside. You most likely will be alone at the beach. We share the whole sea cove with only one neighboring house. It is a pure paradise if you want to live on the beach on your own and within minutes of driving to the main local attractions. You'll be amazed of our botanical garden and landscape.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful oceanfront home! Bring your canoe, kayak, or paddle board, and explore the Union River and Union River Bay. Renting kayaks to be delivered to the home is also an option. You’ll enjoy grilling, sitting around the fire pit, and star gazing in the large backyard. This home offers a 1st floor bedroom with king size bed. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a king bed, and a bedroom with a queen. The kitchen and dining room flow through to the living room.

Southwest Harbor Cottage

Enjoy unparalleled views of bustling Southwest Harbor and the beauty of Acadia National Park from the comfort of Eagle's Nest. Perched on a granite cliff, this thoughtfully designed little home provides for your every need. For anything else, take the ten minute stroll into the village, where you'll find plenty of local shops and restaurants. Several access points to Acadia National Park less than 5 miles away; downtown Bar Harbor is a 25 minute drive. The cottage is ideal for couples or families with supervised children.

It is a wonderful spot for walking and viewing wildlife; ducks, eagles, shore birds, seals and deer.
