Our house in the heart of Sollér was built over 300 years ago. The house has been completely renovated and offers its guests the wonderful charm of a historic Spanish town house with modern comforts. The combination of old stone walls, exposed ceiling beams and wooden window shutters with modern and cozy furniture, a new kitchen and new bathrooms give our guests a comfortable feeling of arrival and well-being from the very first moment. Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.
