Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

The ground floor we offer is 100% independent with separate entrance, bathroom, sauna, 1 bedroom, living room with kitchen and a terrace. You can access a laundry room if you need. Efficient energy solutions, make our villa eco-friendly. M-spa hot tub on the terrace is warm, relaxing and available between 15 April and 15 October at an extra cost of 350 SEK per use. Welcome!

Perfekt för singelboende med fullt utrustat kök, 120 säng, skrivbord, TV med chromecast, wi-fi/bredband, städning 1 gång/vecka. 700 m till tåget som tar dig till Stockholm Central station på 22 min. Nära till två sjöar och naturreservat. Området är lugnt men du har ändå nära till både city, Arlanda och tex Kista. Vi satsar på att skapa en trevlig miljö för alla som bor här så vi prioriterar förfrågningar med en personlig presentation och en liten beskrivning av syftet för besöket. Välkommen!

A lovely place

Comfortable 1 room apartment, 15 minutes from central Stockholm, Stockholm Uni, Karolinska and Danderyds hospital. Right next to recreational forrest trails, golf course, bike tracks and beautiful lake Edsviken. Perfect for commuters, single travellers and couples looking for a central location in a beautiful setting with excellent communications. The apartment is a separate room with privat entrance, located in my flat, with free parking & wifi, close to shopping and Metro at Mörby C.

Familjevänligt boende i Stockholm

Ett trevligt, familjevänligt boende strax utanför Stockholm. Nära till både stadsliv och natur. Gångavstånd till Norrviken station som tar dig till Stockholm city på 20 min och Uppsala centralstation på 35 min. Precis i närområdet finns gott om natur, bara 300 meter från huset ligger Ravalens badplats och där intill hela järvafältets naturreservat. Huset erbjuder även två uteplatser, där den ena är utrustad med grill, matplatsmöbler och loungesoffa för trevliga grillkvällar.

Väsjöbacken, Sollentuna, Stockholm

Luta dig tillbaka och koppla av i detta lugna boende. Detta attefallshus ligger 5 minuters gångväg till skidliftarna, skiduthyrning och skidbackarna. Naturskönt område perfekt för promenader på vandringsleder, gravplatser från järnåldern, och runstenar, utflykter och grillplatser, fyra sjöar i närheten. 20 min till Stockholm med bil och 45 min med kommunalt färdmedel. Buss finns i området. Parkering finns på tomten.

Our guesthouse is totally independent from the main buildning with private parking and access to the garden. Surroundings with beautiful walking trails in the nature and only 5 min walk to public swimming in the sea either from cliffs with a ladder to the water or a small beach suitable for smaller children. Two bicycles available to rent during your visit.
