It is surrounded by apple orchard and Lawns ,An Ideal place for Peace seekers ,Bird watchers ,Adventurers, Nature lovers far away from City life in the comfort of Mother nature .

Mahasu House is owned by Tina & Anil Walia, true blue Simla-ite's and proud small town residents. Mahasu House was built as their private residence, later converted into a small boutique hotel in the village of Purani Koti, Mashobra. Located in an apple orchard, the house has seven bedrooms with several guest areas like a wooden Deck, Living & Dinning Room, Children's play Room, Club Room, Gym, Lawn, Gazebo etc. Surrounded by pine & oak trees there are lots of walks & trails around Mahasu House.

Our homestay is away from city hustle bustle (When you are coming from Chandigarh, 13kms before Shimla comes a small station named Shoghi, from Shoghi you have to take a link road to reach kot, which is 10Kms away.) You don't worry, we will guide you throughout your journey and if you want I can personally come to pick you up. Although it would be a great experience for all.
